Returns & Replacements
We offer a 7-day replacement policy. If your plant arrives damaged, unhealthy, or is the wrong product, we'll replace it free of charge — no questions asked.
Take a clear photo of the damaged plant and packaging within 7 days of delivery. Email us at hello@bagecha.in or WhatsApp us with the photo and your order number.
We accept returns only for damaged or incorrect items. Plants that have been re-potted, neglected, or are simply unwanted cannot be returned.
Once we approve your replacement request (usually within 24 hours), we dispatch the replacement plant within 2 business days.

Orders & Payments
We accept all major payment methods via Razorpay — UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and popular wallets like Paytm and PhonePe. Cash on Delivery is also available.
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, if the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. Contact us immediately at hello@bagecha.in.
