At Bagecha.in, we take great care to ensure your plants arrive healthy, happy, and on time. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship.

🚚 Delivery Timeframes

• Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune): 2–3 business days
• Tier 2 Cities: 3–5 business days
• Rest of India: 5–7 business days

Orders placed before 12 PM IST are usually dispatched the same day. Orders after 12 PM are dispatched the next business day.

💰 Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on all orders above ₹499
• ₹49 flat fee on orders below ₹499

📦 Our Packaging Promise

Every plant is carefully packed in custom-designed plant-safe boxes. We use:

• Breathable lining to prevent suffocation
• Moisture-retention material to keep roots hydrated
• Foam padding and newspaper cushioning to prevent movement
• Sturdy outer boxes to withstand courier handling

📍 Delivery Coverage

We deliver to 500+ cities and towns across India. Enter your pincode on any product page to check if we deliver to your area.

🔍 Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can also track your order from My Account → My Orders.
